Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your city, delivery address, and courier availability.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Inspection & Delivery Policy

We work with trusted local shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Please note:

Order Inspection: You are allowed to open and inspect your package upon delivery. If you decide not to accept the order, you may return it directly to the courier. However, the standard delivery fee must be paid directly to the courier.
Partial Delivery (Pick & Choose): Partial delivery is strictly available for orders delivered within Cairo and Giza only, provided that the "Pick & Choose" option is explicitly selected during checkout.
For all other governorates (or orders placed without selecting Pick & Choose), orders must be delivered in full; partial acceptance is not available.
If delivery issues occur, the order may be returned for reprocessing or rescheduling.
