Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to product availability, order confirmation, and acceptance.

By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD), you agree to pay the full order amount upon delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently provide shipping within Egypt.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your city, address, and courier availability.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping delays, holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

Shipping fees, when applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Confirmation & Refusal

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.

In cases of repeated order refusals, unreachable contact details, or failure to receive confirmed orders, STRUKTURE reserves the right to restrict or suspend future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

To be eligible, products must:

Be unused and unworn
Be returned in original condition
Include original packaging and tags (when applicable)

STRUKTURE reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.
